Digital Downloads

(Including artworks, music, videos, etc.)

ALL SALES FINAL

Digital files/downloads are delivered immediately and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exceptions

We can provide a replacement or exchange, IF:

• you receive the wrong product or did not receive it at all

• the file is corrupted or not working as expected

• you were charged incorrectly (i.e., duplicate charge).

• You have 7 days from the date of purchase - as shown on your receipt - to request an exchange or replacement.
