Return & Exchange Policy

Digital music - downloads

All sales are final.

Digital files/downloads are delivered immediately and cannot be returned.

Exceptions

We will provide a replacement or exchange, if:

• you receive the wrong file,

• the file is corrupted or not working as expected, or

• you were charged incorrectly (i.e., duplicate charge).

You have 7 days from the date of the purchase - shown on your receipt - to request a return/exchange.

***Returns and/or Exchanges are only applicable for customers that meet our criteria as ‘Exceptions.’
