This website is operated by Fungi Arts, LLC. By visiting the Site, creating an account, subscribing to our emails, or purchasing anything through the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always live on this page. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Use

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the Site with a parent/guardian’s permission. You agree not to use the Site or our products for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, and not to interfere with the Site’s security or operation (including malware, scraping, or attempts to bypass access limits).

Purchases & Digital Products

Our Site may offer digital goods (such as music downloads) and, in the future, physical goods (such as merch or tangible music products).

Digital purchases are licensed, not sold.
When you buy a digital release, you receive a personal-use license to download and enjoy it. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share, stream as a substitute for purchase, or use the files commercially without written permission from Fungi Arts.

Delivery is provided by download link and/or email. You are responsible for entering accurate contact information and maintaining access to your email and device(s). We may apply reasonable download limits to protect creators and prevent abuse.

Pricing, Availability, and Order Limits

Prices, offerings, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders, including where we suspect fraud, resale activity, or misuse. If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provide.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and descriptions accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee perfect color or visual matching.

Payment, Taxes, and Receipts

Payments are processed through third-party providers (for example, Stripe or PayPal). By purchasing, you authorize payment through your selected method.

Applicable taxes may be added where required. You are responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

Refunds & Returns
